The word 'place' implies much more than a setting. Real places have a life of their own. They are all the places that remain in your memory throughout your life, that lift your spirit when your mind returns to them perhaps years later. Creating such places is the ultimate goal of our team.
living
The word 'living' can mean a wide variety of things. However, not all living things have 'life'. Conversely, things are not alive by scientific definition can have life, such as parties, certain music, and communities. We are resolute on helping to build communities that have 'life'.
community
We believe in community, and shaping our community not only through the architecture we build, but in the way we can shape our community by volunteering and community service
